4. Intellectual Property

The user irrefutably agrees that the Brewlabs platform remains the intellectual property of Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd and that under no circumstances whatsoever will the user distribute, share, copy, duplicate (to a reasonable degree) the intellectual property of Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd.

The user agrees that Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd defines intellectual property as all frontend and backend code, imagery, data sources, API’s pertaining to any product or service provided to the user built, deployed or supplied by Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd.

The user irrefutably agrees Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd deployed and owned contracts, protocols, decentralised applications and general utility currently available to users through Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd online services, websites, interfaces, utilities are considered intellectual property of Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd and that under no circumstances whatsoever will the user distribute, share, copy, duplicate (to a reasonable degree) the intellectual property of Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd.

The user agrees to cover all reasonable damages claimed by Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd against the user for any unauthorised use of Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd intellectual property determined by a Court of Law in the users domestic jurisdiction.
