2. Good Standing

Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd will assist to provide any proven regulatory authority either domestic and international upon a request to do so when inquiring about any/all the smart contract history or user data within the Brewlabs platform.

The user warrants to Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd the other party that:

• The user is in good standing order with domestic and international under any laws or jurisdiction; Has the full right, power and authority to enter into, and to perform its obligations and grant the rights and licences it grants or is required to grant use the Brewlabs platform.

• The user agrees that they will proactive in undertaking any legislative or regulatory action required by their governing federal/state of law as required in consideration of, including, without limitation: smart contracts, blockchain technology, decentralised applications, web3, revenue, tax, transparency, privacy and what can be described as general operations within the broader industry of cryptocurrency.
