The Brewlabs platform is defined as any or all utility, features, information, tools, content and other inclusive content hosted by the brewlabs.info domain and subdomains. Users agree to the terms and conditions of the user agreement upon connection to brewlabs.info via any web3 wallet or approval of any smart contract users interact with linked to brewlabs.info.

Cryptocurrency is speculative in nature, the information provided on this scope of work does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice and you should not treat any of the content of this scope as such.

Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. The user agrees to conduct their own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions or development requests.

The user accepts and understands that Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd is not required to provide any advice to the user in respect to tax, legal, development or regulatory requirements that pertain to the use of the Brewlabs platform.

There is no agreement outside what is considered the terms of use of the Brewlabs platform.

The user agrees that Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd is a development service provider only and that use of any or all of the Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd platform or decentralised applications is at the sole discretion of the user.

The Brewlabs platform does not collect personal user data and therefore is not required to produce or supply a user privacy policy.

Terms and conditions of the Brewlabs platform are subject to change, it is the users responsibility to check this user agreement often. The user accepts this responsibility by means of General (1). Brewlabs Collective Pty Ltd offers no insurance of any kind to users of the Brewlabs platform.

Brewlabs Collective reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or a part of the brewlabs.info and attached subdomains without notice.
